GABE TREVIZO
President of Firebird Appraisals
Gabe is a native to the state of Arizona, born and raised in Mesa. After attending the University of New Orleans on a baseball scholarship Gabe graduate from Arizona State in 2006 with a degree in Public Administration. He began his career in the appraisal field in 2006, starting Firebird Appraisals in 2012. Gabe is FHA and VA designated, and has extensive experience in new construction appraisals as well as complex, custom homes. Gabe lives in Gilbert with his wife and four children and as a family they enjoy all things outdoors.
GEORGE EASTON
Certified Real Estate Appraiser
George has been appraising since 2003 in California and moved to Arizona in 2005 when he started his own practice. Over the past 15 years, he has done forensic review work for Fannie Mae, started a Staff Appraiser division for a large Appraisal Management Company and most recently spent the past six years as Chief Appraiser for another large Appraisal Management Company. All the while he’s maintained his “boots on the ground” approach and has never stopped actively appraising throughout the valley. He has trained several appraisers, spoken at various real estate classes at ASU and is also a board member of the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers. George lives in Gilbert with his wife and two “almost grown” children. He and his family love to travel and George plans the baseball game stop wherever they go
RONALD DAVIS
Certified Real Estate Appraiser
Ron relocated to southwest from Chicago in 2014. Obtained a bachelor’s degree in IT prior to pursuing his appraisal career. He has always had a passion for the field and joined Firebird Appraisals in 2016. Ron currently resides in the east valley with his wife and enjoys everything Arizona has to offer. When Ron is not working, he is most likely doing some sort of outdoor activity such as hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and participating in Tough Mudder obstacle course races.
LOUIS LECHUGA

Louis “Lou” Lechuga Certified Appraiser & Licensed Realtor: Born in Dallas, Texas; raised in Historic downtown Phoenix, AZ and currently live in Laveen, AZ. Married to my wife Audrey. We have 4 wonderful children and a beautiful grandchild. My education or my “favorite years of school” came from attending both Phoenix & Scottsdale Community Colleges. I got my start in real estate as a Trainee in 2006, becoming Licensed in January 2008 then later Certified in April 2010. Licensed Salesperson was added later in 2018. My appraisal specialties range from Historic Districts to Luxury High Rise Condominiums with my experience ranging from manufactured homes to Build to Suit (Jumbo) custom homes. You may say I have an appreciation for Architectural Design which probably comes from living in midcentury & early 1900’s homes. I service Maricopa County & a few surrounding cities located in Pinal County. Mortgage financing appraisal experience includes Conventional, FHA, USDA, & VA (approved VA Fee Appraiser). Other experience ranges from Vacant Land Appraisals to New Construction (including Base Price, Floor Plan, and Community assessment/analysis (pre-IPO/portfolio)). I love to travel and experience new cultures (& foods), which I hope to do more of soon.
LAZARO SILVESTRE-MUROS

Laz is an Arizona native and has been working for Firebird Appraisal, graduating from Arizona State University in 2018 and he joined the Firebird Appraisals & Consulting, Inc in 2019, he travels all over the greater valley area to ensure on time report delivery. When Laz is not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching the Arizona Cardinals & Phoenix Sun’s play.
PAUL SIROIS
Certified Appraisal Trainee
Paul is currently in training for his certified real estate appraiser designation. Paul moved to Arizona from New York in 2012, where he met and married his wife, they have two children. In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and quality time with his beloved Samoyed dog.
AUSTIN SMITH
Certified Appraisal Trainee
Austin is currently in training for his appraisal license. Austin is from Orange County, California and moved with his dog and girlfriend in 2020 to enjoy Arizona and everything it has to offer. Austin enjoys watching movies, spicy foods, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings.
TIM TOWELERTON
Certified Appraisal Trainee
Tim is a recent transplant from the state of Iowa. He is a licensed trainee working on becoming a licensed appraiser. He is married with 2 adult children, and 2 dogs. He is a hunter who enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and skiing, and being able to do all of it and never leave the state.
